Mati Five star Service and Food. Brusco delivered one of the best restaurant experiences I had in a long time. The Diavola pizza stands at the top of every pizza I have eaten. Perfect flavor, great balance of spice, and a crisp base. The tiramisu impressed as well. Fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Service made the visit even better. Our waiter Mati did an excellent job. Friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. All staff welcomed us with a smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I ordered focaccia mortadella, it was very good but FYI it’s very large - I would recommend ordering one focaccia for two people, as you can see it comes pre-cut into two pieces anyway :) Unless you’re reallyyyy hungry The workers were efficient and polite

We just visited Brusco and are absolutely excited! The waiter Olaf was really friendly but still very professional and the food?!? Out of this world. We had pizzas and the way all the ingredients go together is absolutely perfect. The desserts are also great. We will definitely come back!

I went with a friend to have a glass of wine and dinner. We ordered pizza and pasta, and both were absolutely delicious — very tasty and well prepared. However, our experience became disappointing towards the end. While we were still finishing our meal and doing a few things on the computer, the waitress removed our pizza even though we still had a couple of slices left. It felt rushed. She also asked us twice if we wanted anything else, which felt more like an invitation to leave rather than genuine service. Because of the pressure to “eat quickly and go,” I didn’t even feel comfortable ordering dessert. I still had pizza in my mouth when they were already asking if we wanted something else. The food was excellent, but the atmosphere at the end made us feel unwelcome and hurried.

Brusco is a lovely Italian restaurant with great food and cosy atmosphere. We had a few requests to change ingredients in our foods (different kind of pasta than on the menu etc.) and it wasn’t any problem. We received a great service by our waitress Patrycja and I really recommend this restaurant :)
